Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:

To cancel or modify funeral services, you must provide a written notice to Dandelion Funerals AU within 24 hours of booking. You can notify us via phone or email.

2. Refund Eligibility:

The refund amount, if applicable, will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation and the services provided. In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy will apply:

   a. If the cancellation occurs five or more days before the scheduled funeral service, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits, administrative fees and third party expenses.

   b. If the cancellation occurs between 1-4 days before the scheduled funeral service, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee minus any non-refundable deposits, administrative fees and third party expenses

   c. If the cancellation occurs two or less days before the scheduled funeral service, no refund will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits and Administrative Fees:

Certain services or special arrangements may require non-refundable deposits or administrative fees. These fees will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process. In the event of cancellation, these fees will not be refundable.

4. Third-Party Expenses:

In some cases, Dandelion Funerals AU may have already incurred expenses related to third-party services or goods (e.g., transport, mortuary fees, florist, booking cremation fees, cemetery fees). Such expenses are typically non-refundable to us, and any associated costs will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

5. Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule the funeral service to a later date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, any rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Force Majeure:

If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control or Dandelion Funerals AU's control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, the cancellation policy may be modified accordingly. We will work with you to find a suitable solution under such circumstances.
